Since 2004, electronic cards of the Uzcard system have become available to Uzbeks. To date, the interbank payment system Uzcard unites the Association of Banks, the EOPC, the Central Bank, as well as all the banks of the country and dozens of payment units in Uzbekistan. In 2019, the United Republican Processing Center serves more than 17 million Uzcard cards in Uzbekistan. The Uzcard card user can pay for goods and services through more than 285,000 terminals. The service is carried out in several thousand ATMs and information kiosks, through mobile applications and Internet sites throughout the country.
