Kravchenko Vladimir Vladimirovich was born on Mary 5, 1985 in Tashkent. In 2008 he received his bachelor's degree from Westminster International University in Tashkent. In 2017 he received his masters degree from Management Development Institute of Singapore in Tashkent, specialty – management. In 2020 he graduated Tashkent University of Information Technologies faculty of telecommunications engineering.

He began his career in 2006 as a specialist of the 1st category of the Marketing Department at the SUE "Uzinfocom".
